Ethical practices have a long term positive effects on the environment. Being ethical involves practicing environment friendly measures like utilizing less energy, less water and other resources, developing less wastes, avoid releasing harmful materials into the atmosphere. Few of the above practices are ensured by the environment law enforcement, whereas other practices are ensured through understanding the responsibility that one has towards the environment.
For example, Starbucks uses recycled paper for making its cups and it has substantially reduced the amount of water that is used in their dipper. These serves to be a great example of how ethics can help in protecting the environment against various hazards.
Relating to the employees
Ethical principles related to the well-being of the employees include developing business s ethics that would be having positive effects on the health of the employees and at the same time motivate them to provide their best in the specific business. There are other factors that include providing medial insurances and educational coverage for the entire family and providing housing loan facilities at a comparatively lower rate of interest. It also includes providing awards to the employees at regular intervals of time.
For example, the Nu Star Energy Company is one such firm that provides several incentives and benefits to their employees that include provision of 100% health insurance to all the employees. Providing safety to the employees while working in the company is also a major concern while establishing ethical practices in the business.
Relating to the social responsibility

It inculcates developing social responsibility among the employees and contributing towards the wellbeing of the society. There is a general social responsibility of each and every one living in the society to provide back to the needy and at the same time, be concerned about the welfare of the society. There is a special term known as the Corporate Social responsibility that encourages the corporates all over the world to carry various activities and develop various interesting themes that would include engaging their employees in such noble tasks (Homburg, Stierl, & Bornemann, 2013).
For example, Emirates Airlines has developed Emirates Airlines Foundation for providing the children in different parts of the world that do not have the basic amenities and facilities and are extremely backward economically and technologically. They have been including their employees in interacting with these kids and at the same time bring difference to the lives of these small ones.

• Unstable long term future of the company.
Considering business as an ethical business
There are several businesses that adapt small measures to encourage accomplishment of business ethics across its functioning. For the accomplishment of the ethical concerns and ethical principles, there are several innovative initiatives developed by the businesses across the world. Thus, it can be stated that different organizations carrying different businesses have several individualistic concept to accomplish the business ethics through its business.
