Thesis Methodology
There are many stages that are to be carried out in the thesis methodology. These sections have been discussed below.
Research Methodology
The methodology that is to be applied for obtaining the data and information for a research is termed as research methodology. The research consists of identifying the factors that contribute to customer loyalty towards the telecommunication industry of St. Lucia with emphasis on the LIME Company. For this purpose, the data has to be collected from the people in St. Lucia regarding their experience of using the telecommunications in St. Lucia as well as their first-hand experience of using LIME Company’s network and connectivity. For this purpose, primary data has to be collected from the people in LIME. The research can be carried out in two stages and they are:

Primary research
It refers to the collection of upfront data through personal collection of information from the people through interviews, surveys, focus groups, interviews and other such means where the data is to be collected by the researcher themselves. Primary research is the most basic form of research in which one can form a hypothesis and evaluate various factors that would be related to the hypothesis. On the basis of it, they can develop a questionnaire that would be used for carrying any of the primary research techniques like interviews, focus groups, surveys, online forms, etc. the main purpose of the primary research is to collect the data personally to obtain honest and unfiltered answers of the people that are participating in the research.
For this research, a survey has been developed using the SurveyMonkey web application and the responses of the people have to be collected. The data that is collected through the survey is evaluated and analyzed for obtaining its statistical evaluation.

Secondary research
Secondary research refers to the type of research in which the data and information is mostly obtained from other researches that are carried on the same subject by expert researchers and management scholars. The information that is collected through secondary research needs to be of high quality as the entire flow of the research depends on this data and information. At the same time, the secondary research provides an upfront advantage of using the experience and expertise of the highly acclaimed and well-established management and business writers.
For the research, secondary data would be collected that would help in obtaining the critical factors and points that are common between this research and other researchers developed by the famous and expert researchers.
